Good Leader
재잘재잘 2007/04/02 22:31II could have a chance to ponder upon the conditions to be a good leader lately.
Because we often debated about the topic in our English class.
If someone ask me what the requirement of the good leader is..
then I'll answer like this.
Sometimes, I feel that I'm doing trivial work and exhaust myself not to think like that.
It possibly makes me sick of my work.
At this moment, I need just a word to have me the confidence in my project.
That is really important role of the Leader.
I know one person who is really good at motivating subordinates.
I admire him in the aspect of his leadership.
He always prepares proper and reasonable ground and plans project based on it.
I like his way to establish the theory before setting to the project.
I want to be something.
And this is also inspired by him.
I don't know what I can do and will be..
