But now we can verify our identification without our wallet by answering some questions
about the private information including court house records, your pet's name or your favorite movie.
to the "Experian" and they can verify the customer by asking some questions based on the data
that customer didn't give to the credit-cards company.
How could "Experian" glean the data without the customer's notice?
They've culled raw data from public and private database and analyze and make them information
by tool that they've developed.
It can be effective in some aspects that it's easy to identify a person.
or wrong answer (even though he is a right person).
They say that they have tolerance for those cases.
(I don't know what it is..;; )
We are easily tempted to gather the raw data and sell them to people who wants to abuse the information.
One ex-con(ex-convict) person said that he could cull data that he tried to impersonate
with less than $1,000 and he could flipped his fraud ring perfectly.
And he could defeat all the "out-of-wallet test".
then I can not be verified myself with proper data.
